Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the follow up of contractor's engineering activities in his discipline and to ensure compliance with project specifications, COMPANY general specification and international standards.
a. To ensure that scope of work is fulfilled in his discipline in accordance with the project schedule
b. To review contractor's and vendor's documentation in timely manner.
c. To organize and participate regularly in lead to lead meetings with contractor's HVAC engineers and subcontractor's.

2. Responsible for the follow up of contractor procurement activities for HVAC:
a. Technical Bid analysis and recommendation
b. Identification of deviations
c. Attend to FAT (as required)

Job Requirements:
The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English and with a knowledge of French.

I have B.Engr. degree in mechanical engineering and experience in Building Services: HVACs and Plumbing design engineer, project/installation monitoring. I speak fluent English.
I have worked in oil and gas (as an inspection engineer), also in one of the first and leading consulting building services engineering firms (as a design engineer), and presently in a HVACs contracting company (as a Design/Technical and Sales Engineer). I had undertaken quite a number of designs which I believed will qualify for the position. Some of the projects undertaken are in my attached CV. I also undertook in Lift designs and designs of waste water disposals, and others as a HVACs design engineer. I had also worked as a Technical/Design engineer, and overseeing the supervision of Projects. Presently, I work with Coolingcare Africa Ltd as a Supritendent/Senior Analyst where I major in the designs of any kinds of HVAC services ranging from Residential, Commercial and Industrial and the supervisions of same.
I am a meticulous and fast designer.
