Technical Training Manager
Ref: TTM/GPC 03

The job holder will be responsible for improving the adherence of quality operating procedures through training.

This job requires a lot of time on the shop floor across shifts, making practical and sustained improvement to our processes, procedures and personnel. Set up and manage improvement/development programs for all GPC staff

The ideal candidate must be an individual with a 'can do attitude I and hands on approach, a qualified Engineer (chemical or mechanical) with minimum of 5 years experience in related field. Emphasis will be given to specific experience on GMP, Five S, and TPM implementation. A good team player with excellent people management skills and firm temperament to manage this change process.
