In order to achieve this you will be in charge of the following:  – Identify Training Needs

Conduct essential trainings onboard – Provide support to Department Managers in responding to training requirement by clients – Keep informed on legislation impacting the company's training obligations – Monitoring training record of shipboard personnel to ensure that they are updated – To upkeep and maintain BINL equipment – Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials – Conduct appraisals of bridge officers during operations – Assist with briefing crews before departures – Conducts sea trials after maintenance  – This position will report to the Operations Manager.

Experience: – Anchor Handling and Towing experience in deep water

Education:

- Relevant Seafaring Qualifications including Master
