Company Secretary/Legal Adviser: REF: 2014 CS/LA 028)  – B.L from a reputable university with at least 4 years post NYSC experience in a similar position. – Membership of either Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria or Institute of Arbitrators or Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators.
