Job description: – Strategic Leadership – High level Negotiation skills and Stakeholder interface – Framing, exploration and execution of business strategy – Budgeting and achievement of revenue/budget forecasts – Development of the organizational structure in Nigeria & west Africa – Implementation of the organizations approved operational plans – Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations internal processes – Ensure optimal management of the company's financial, human and material resources – Responsibility for overall operation in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. – Co-ordinate day to day activities of the company – Key driver of business development and expansion – Project Management.

Desired Skills and Experience: – A graduate in Engineering – An MBA and/or a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage – Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, Seven of which must be at a top management position in a recognized corporate organization globally. – Knowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector and innate ability to lead the development of critical infrastructure/projects and create new business platforms.
