The Job: – Broad based Legal Advisory functions especially in Commercial law. – Preparation of Contracts. – Preparation of briefs for litigation or other dispute resolution processes. – Legal representation at high level meetings internally and extemally. – Liaison duties with top government functionaries. – Company secretarial functions. – Supervising legal documentation of company transactions. – Such other functions associated with senior management status. – Credentials Bachelor of Law Degree from a recognized university. – Call to the Bar Certificate with minimum of 15 years cognate practice experience. – Postgraduate qualification is mandatory for holders of a Second Class Lower Degree and an added advantage for all applicants. In addition, Postgraduate Diplomas in Finance or related subject areas will guarantee a place in the Short list. – Candidates must be lawyers who are smart. have good personalities and with good command of English language – spoken and written. – Maximum age is 45 years.
