One of our clients, a leading outsourcing firm in Nigeria is looking to hire a Call center training manager for their office in Lagos.

. – The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring that call center agents provide the kind of service that builds high levels of customer satisfaction. – By coaching and training both new recruits and experienced agents, the manager would help call centers meet their most important goals: improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, retaining customers, generating incremental revenue, and providing an outstanding customer experience. – The training manager would also be responsible for training call center agents on telecom products. – Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a training manager in the  elecommunications industry.
