Responsibilities: – Recruit and manage the team, in particular the local sales and operations team – Acquire and manage business relationships with current and prospective merchants/sellers – Manage existing and prospective merchants to assure their success selling on Kaymu – Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders – Coordinate your commercial team with the other services (Marketing, Finance, etc.) – Deliver measurable results linked to your regional strategy – Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results – Manage the team efficiency and cohesion – Create an unparalleled environment for your team's development and happiness.
