Job Summary: – Assist in the creation, management and execution of training, learning and development programs. Ensure successful integration of learning and development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of the client organization. – In addition to project delivery, your role will also include delivering presentations and courses and contributing to thought leadership and business development in your specialist area.

Primary Responsibilities: – Contribute to the formulation/creation of learning and development programs. – Devise individual learning plans. – Deliver training and development programs. – Assist in modifying learning and development programs. – Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; – Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

Job Requirements: – 6 – 8 years experience in Learning and development, 2 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm. – Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients. – Experience in proposal/bid preparation. – Excellent People and Client management skills. – Strong project management skills.
