Job Description:

•   Develops corporate marketing plan and tactical marketing strategies which are consistent with overall Bank vision.

•   Gathers and interprets information to identify opportunities, present insights, conclusions and recommendations related to product development, competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention, facility location and other strategic issues.

•   Conducts and interprets market research for local market planning and goal setting.

•   Plans and implements research gathering and information projects relating to competitive analyses, demographics, product and service usages, customer satisfaction, etc.

•    Identifies local market needs, oversees and manages local advertising and merchandising programs.

•   Responsible for the Bank's media, advertising and sales literature, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and that branding is consistent.

•   Must possess highly analytical skills.

Educational Qualifications:

•   Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.

•   Acceptable: Equivalent experience and knowledge

Practical Skills:

•   Ability to identify market/business opportunities and make recommendations.

•   Must be creative, detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to quickly analyze information.

•   Strong presentation skills.

•   Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.

•   Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.

•   Must be fluent in the English language (to include reading, writing, speaking and comprehension)

Compensation: Full-time salary negotiable based on Degree, experience, and equity compensation plan.
