Kwara Poly Important Notice To Students On NYSC Mobilization

This is to inform all the current ND II and HND II (Full Time) as well as ND II and HND II Year III (Part Time)
.
Students of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin to forward their Credentials for Screening to the Chairman of their respective Institute's Screening Committees latest by 28th February, 2015.
.
Any student who fails to submit before 28th February, 2015 will not be screened and mobilized for 2014/2015 Session NYSC exercise.

Students are expected to submit the following documents for screening.

SSCE/GCE O' level with Scratch Card
ND Certificate
Admission Clearance
Citizenship Certificate (Kwarans only)
School Fees Receipts
Medical Certificate
ID Card (If available)
Examination Clearance
.
HODs should ensure that only envelopes that contain the required documents are forwarded to the Chairman of the Institute's Screening Committees to avoid being returned to the students by the Screening Committee.
