University of Maiduguri ordered the suspension of studies indefinitely

University of Maiduguri officially ordered the suspension of studies indefinitely after consideration of the rapidly deteriorating security situation.  Studies on the campus are suspended with effect from Tuesday the 12th of July. It was gathered that, Boko Haram sent a warning letter to school officials demanding that the school shut down by a specific date or face consequences. They also issued threats to staff and students at UNIMAID and the University Teaching Hospital in the city.
