NECO Registrar Wants FG To Establish Special Courts For Exam Malpractice Cases

The Registrar, National Examinations Council (NECO), Professor Promise Okpala, has called on the federal government to establish special courts for the trial of those caught in examination malpractices.

He made the call in Minna at his valedictory lecture titled: 'Beyond the Mandate of a Public Examinations Board: the role of NECO,' asking the government to always appoint professionals in their areas of specialisation to achieve positive results.

The NECO boss also called for a customised answer sheets for writing NECO examinations and participation of credible members of the society in monitoring the exams.
