Role Responsibilities: – Execution of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines. – Work in conjunction with the safety committee and management to further employee HSE initiatives. – Data management system documentation and reports as required on significant trends. – Sustain employee data on safety, train and coordinate new employee safety training. – Manage & execute facility safety meetings and material. – Act as liaison with insurance carrier and maintain, in addition review regulatory documentation to maintain facility compliance wit  regulatory agencies.

Qualifications: – Bachelors from a recognize institution in Humanities/ Business/ Social Science field. – At least 8-15 years’ experience working in an Oil producing assest. – Previous experience in the Exploration and Production industry is compulsory. – Good understanding of the business risks. – Ability to develop and implement E & P and International Industry.

Personal qualities: – Strong focus on Enterprise First.  – Passion, drive and commitment for HSE performance excellence. – Good communicator and good report writing skills. – Team player including virtual team. – Good analytical ability and keen sense of reality.
