Job Title: Customer Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.

•   Prepares customer service summary reports.

•   Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

•   Process orders, forms, applications and requests

•   Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

•   Dealing with new clients, and contact with existing client base.

•   Assist marketing team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.

•   Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.

•   Develop and update client related reports.

•   Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.

Qualification:

•   HND/BSc in any discipline

•   Committed to delivering a timely and professional service to clients.

•   Knowledge and adherence to satisfy rules and regulations.

•   Good house keeping standards.

•   Ability to work as part of a team.

•   Have good communication skills and excellent listening    skills.

•   Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

•   Good planning and organizational skills.

•   Must have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude.

•   Must have good understanding of the needs of customers.
