Job Description

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for retail outlets and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new retail outlets. Implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Manages performance of Station Managers, rewarding outstanding stations, and developing strategies to improve underperforming stations. Sets high standards for excellent customer service and hold the station managers accountable to the measurable results  by communicating the performance measures to them Establishes a process to ensure that the retail outlets have accountability to budget and profit expectations on a consistent and timely basis. Monitors and ensures uniform ambience and merchandising standards are maintained across all retail outlets across the region. Provides timely reports to management and make recommendations to improve business performance .
