Requirements: – Candidates who must possess at least 2nd Class Degree, plus professional qualifications in HR, will be required to, among other things:

1. Maintain and utilize an effective workforce.

2. Screen and recruit prospective employees

3. Determine the training needs of our organisation

4. Prepare human resources forecasts

5. Develop human compensation system and have a deep understanding of laws that affect labour relations. – 7 – 12 Years in the Nigerian market.
