Responsibilities: – Successful candidates will be

responsible for the overall leadership and effective growth of branches under their regions. – They shall also formulate strategies and aggressively branches to effectively grow the market share and profitability in the retail/commercial banking sector.

Requirements: – Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on Regional Management role in retail/commercial banking based market. – First Degree or equivalent in any discipline. – Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, AcA etc is an added advantage. – Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis Basic banking operations (domestic and international operations). – Knowledge and understanding of financial products regulations and the legal aspects of banking. – Business focused with good all round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management. – Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others.
