Responsibilities: – Successful candidates will be responsible for the management of the branches assigned to them, ensuring growth of the retail/commercial business whilst formulating effective strategies that will aggressively drive the marketing teams towards greater market share and profitability.

Requirements: – Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on branch management role in retail/commercial banking based market. – A first Degree or equivalent in any discipline. – Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, ACA et.c is an added advantage. – Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Retail / Commercial Market. – Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business process, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis. – Understanding financial product regulations and the legal aspects of banking. – Business focused with good all-round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management. – Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others.
