 Netflix announced a reshuffling of its prices Tuesday, separating its DVD and streaming plans into two separate subscription packages and angering a large part of its customer base. New customers will need to pick from the company's new offerings immediately; existing members will be transitioned to the new plans starting Sept. 1. The company is touting its "lowest price ever" -- a $7.99 plan that allows customers to check out one DVD at a time. The price matches the one offered for access to the company's streaming video library.
