We seek to recruit qualified person as Front Desk

Officer/Receptionist to serve visitors by greeting,

welcoming, and directing them appropriately;

notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;

maintains security and telecommunications system.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates should be able to answer phones and route

calls to specific people.

• Answer inquiries about company.

• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.

• Ensure reception area is tidy.

• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.

• Arrange appointments.

• Cash out people when necessary.

• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they

can sign in.

• Send email and faxes.

• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical

duties.

• Prepare travel vouchers.

• Take and relay messages.

• Update appointment calendars.

• Schedule follow-up appointments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/ in any field.

• At least 1-2 year experience.

• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

• Effective communication skills.

• Must be a computer literate.

• Problem solving skills.

• Good verbal reasoning, written and presentation

skills.
