JOB DESCRIPTION

SBC is looking for a graduate who is seeking a long term career to begin our Sales Trainee Program in Lagos. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, diverse communication skills, a drive to succeed, confidence, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and the willingness and ability to take the initiative.

The Sales Training Program is a 10-12 month program designed to educate, develop, and retain talented sales trainees. Once on-board, new associates start in a location where they complete a training program designed to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities as sales associates.

Upon completion of the Sales Training Program, sales associates will be responsible for managing all sales functions for existing and prospective customers. Typical job duties include: developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing job quotes and providing accurate pricing/inventory information to customer.

REQUIREMENT

Any course of study and an interest in relationship sales.
