Job Purpose: – The Production Superintendent will lead the team of front-line supervisors, team members and support staff to create and sustain high performing customer-centric services.

Job Status: – Permanent

Description:

·  Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

·  Assure production activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures to include environmental and safety compliance

·  Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.

·  Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.

·  Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.

Job Specification: – Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field. – Experience with a continuous process discipline such as Six Sigma – Previous experience in managing safety and environmental compliance – Passion and track record of achieving results – Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions – Exposure to maintenance of oil and gas facilities. – Self-starter with ability to multi task, make sound business decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. – Proficiency in standard business software such as the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
