Roles & Responsibilities: – Carry out regular investigation and detection of frauds – Analyse and review customer billing and payment profiles – Working with other functions prepare evidence for identified irregularities – Work with other teams to ascertain meter and customer compromise

Qualifications & Skills: – Quality graduate level degree in numerate areas – Skills in audit and process review – Exposure to electrical operation systems – Desk research skill.
