Job Description: – Suitable Planning of Production, Mould Change, Manpower, Material, Machine Maintenance & Shut down Maintenance. – New Machine and Mould, Color, Material Trial. – Trouble Shooting and rejection, scrap percentage minimize. – Power Consumption during mould change, preventing maintenance & machine maintenance. – Minimize cycle time & improve productivity with best quality. – Taking corrective actions against customer compliants time to time. – Preparing production report on daily & monthly basis. – Maintaining production related documents as per ISO 9001-2000 certified.
