GOVERNOR Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State yesterday received strong support from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the petition against his re-election by the Action Congress of Nigeria (A.C.N.) In clear terms, the electoral umpire declared that the petition was "incurably defective."
