Job Description:

•Offer exceptional customer service via telephone and email

•Operate and monitor computer workstations and emergency security systems

•Monitor and proactive patrol via view screens.

•Monitor a high volume of CCTV monitoring equipment

•Answer incoming calls made to the CCTV control room by the police, customers or any other third parties

•Take appropriate action in response to any urgent calls

•Maintain a detailed log of events

•Support other internal departments

•Adhere to strictly to stipulated regulations

Working hours include evenings and weekends. Previous security/CCTV experience is highly advantageous.

Qualification:

•Degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or information system management.
