The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) last week issued a notice to embark on a threeday warning strike beginning from Wednesday, July 20, if the federal, state and local governments fail to implement the new national minimum wage of N18, 000.00, the outcome of protracted negotiations between the government and the central labour union.
