Job Description: – Reporting to the Director of Studies

.

Requirement / Qualification: – First degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably In the Social Sciences/Education – Minimum of six(6) years relevant experience of which at least(2) must have been at a supervisory level – Ability to plan and implement programs that can enhance the academic and behavioral progress to the students – Experience in managing student affairs and a passion for educating and interacting with youth and children – A solid understanding of children and teenagers developmental progress – Sensitivity and commitment to the care, well-being and success of all students. – Ability to bring current understanding of contemporary boarding practices to the boarding house – Ability to multi-task effectively, good organization and coordination skill – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Good analytical, problem solving and crisis management skills – High sense of integrity and ethical standards.
