We were incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004. Pensions Alliance Limited is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) (now known as FSDH Merchant Bank) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited.

Job Description:

Customer Service: – 0-1 year relevant experience – Minimum of 2nd class upper degree in any social science course.

Call Centre Agent: – 0 – 1 year of relevant experience. – Proficiency in any Nigerian Language. – Minimum of 2nd class upper degree in any social science course.

Desired Qualities: – Excellent communication – Good command of written and verbal English. Candidate should demonstrate ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally. – Proficient use of Microsoft packages. – Good presentation skills. – Well mannered and cultured. – Within the age of 19 – 28 years. – A 2nd degree (MSc, MBA) is an added addvantage.
