. – Checking job Quality – Ensuring work to be done as per timeline. – Ensuring bills are being made correctly – Ensuring and planning work to avoid delay – Ensuring all contractors are following safety practices – Making timely reports on work progress – Qualification, Experience & Industry Exposure
