Job Title: Alliance Sales Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
•   Establish and manage relationships with Oracle named key partners and ensure maximizing revenue, profitability.
•   Manage and execute jointly with partners management a robust dynamic Application business plans which should include sales / development / resourcing / specialization targets
•   Grow partner's mind share with Oracle. Ensure proper penetration of more markets / industries. www.theinfostride.com
•   Increase loyalty, activation and product adoption of partners
•   Grow Oracle's partner network by incubating / help creating new partners in high potential markets
•   Work as a trusted advisor to partner management and as a point of liaison between Oracle sales and partners

Qualifications:
•   8-10 years experience in the IT industry or vertical market
•   5 + years experience in Channels / Alliances / Partner Management
•   Strong communication skills

•   Leading change / strategic thinking
•   Ability to handle conflict / political situations
•   Excellent organizational / planning skills
•   High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
•   Ability to understand market needs, customer's industry and core business processes

Skills:
•   Sales Skills: ability to manage pipelines, plan and achieve sales targets
•   Management skills: Ability to manage big teams of partners and sales and ensure setting smart objectives / plans for them. www.theinfostride.com
•   Communication / facilitation / mediation skills: Strong communication, ability to influence oracle and partner resources at all levels to achieve targets, ability to facilitate partner sales growth and play as a mediator between partners and Oracle internal teams
•   Leadership skills – ability to develop compelling vision and to command attention and commitment from Oracle teams, customers and partners
