Job Description: – The Chief Operating Officer will be solely responsible for the management of the company, ensure investment growth and maximize company income through effective management and assets control.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: – First degree (2.1 minimum) from a reputable institution – Must possess an MBA or M.Sc. in core humanities – Experience in dynamic multi-tasking situations is a must. – 10-12 years relevant experience in related and structured environment and at a management position. – Good knowledge of the domestic and global economy – Excellent decision making and negotiation skills – Ability to plan, think and act strategically – The ability to identify and resolve problems – Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills – Demonstrable/excellent leadership and management skills – Excellent writing and presentation skills – Excellent analytical skills and solutions-oriented approach to issues – IT application proficient (especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word) – Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate is an added advantage. – Not more than 45 years.
