A fast growing company involved in integrated farming comprising crops, dairy, flour milling and horticulture has employment opportunities for the following position(s):

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Job:
•   Ensure effective and efficient operation of the organization and reports to the board of directors through the Group Chairman.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Production Planning and scheduling.
•   Managing on-going process and production capability improvement.
•   Agree on delivery timetables with the Board and Staff.
•   Train internal employees.
•   Develop annual budgets and targets.
•   Responsible for all disciplinary matters for all staff.
•   Investigate and manage all internal grievances.
•   Manage, develop and motivate teams to achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
•   A minimum of a university degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields and relevant work experience of at least 15-20 years in similar role.
