A fast growing company involved in integrated farming comprising crops, dairy, flour milling and horticulture has employment opportunities for the following position(s):

Job Title: Horticulture Manager

Job Responsibilities:
•   Develop Production budgets and targets.
•   Direct and Manage operations to achieve set targets.
•   Develop, review administrative, purchasing and clerical procedures after determining operational needs.
•   Manage cross-functional relationships with other departments.
•   Provide expertise. Leadership to his subordinates and technical support to and under the Project manager.

Qualifications:
•   A minimum of a first degree or equivalent in agronomy, or related fields with relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years in similar role.
