Workforce Management Center is currently recruiting for the following position:

Position Title: Senior Specialist/Manager Data Network
Job Category: IT/Computing
Salary Range: Competitive
Location: Lagos State

Job Responsibilities:
•   Manage the corporate LAN and WAN infrastructure and ensure proper functioning and availability of transmission links.
•   Manage LAN and WAN operating systems.
•   Monitor the bandwidth allocation and utilization to ensure compliance with the service level agreements (SLAs).
•   Schedule Network devices backup procedures and monitors practices to ensure compliance with the backup policies.
•   Allocate network resources to clients and users.
•   Assist in establishing, documenting and implementing Data communications policies and procedures.
•   Responsible for the installation, maintenance and performance of Dancom Data Network infrastructure.
•   Ensure Network Diagram reflects the changes within 24 hrs after the RFC has been approved.
•   Provide the most appropriate technological solutions for Data Network.
•   Responsible for providing remote and on-site troubleshooting and support for Data Network.
•   Ensure IT Network availability meets or exceeds measurement criteria define in Service level agreement.
•   Ensure all log incidences are resolved within defined within established SLAs.
•   Ensure IT Network documentation are in place and up to date
•   Ensure compliance to established change management process, in the daily administration and support of IT Network.
