A Real Estate Firm located in Lagos is currently recruiting for the following position(s):

1. Snr. Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Qualification:
•   BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
•   Must be able to drive + Valid Drivers License
•   Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market
•   Good marketing and communication skills
•   Possession of ANIVS & Computer literacy a plus

2. Estate Surveyors

Qualification:
•   BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience
•   Must be able to drive + Valid Drivers License
•   Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market
•   Good marketing and communication skills

General Requirements:
•   The company is looking for well grounded candidates who are versed in Valuation, Property Management and Estate Agency.
•   Candidates must be able to demonstrate such flair during the interview and successful candidates should be able to work with minimum supervision
