With the inauguration of a Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) on March 4, 2010, Acting President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, surely took one bold step towards stabilizing a vacillating ship of state. His choice of the chairman of the council, former Minister of Defence and one time Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Theophilus Danjuma (rtd) has been applauded and criticized in equal proportion.
