Did  the Governor of Osun  State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola play Father Christmas for Local Government Areas in the State in March this year or was he on a deft political move?

Taking the loan is not the issue. The question is, why is the loans being given out, and is there any machinery in place to make sure the loans are used properly or channeled into a right cause?
