NONSENSE: DUALIZATION OF OFFICE

"OBASANJO was the president and minister for petroleum during his tenure,
GOODLUCK is the president and minister for power and steal,
FASHOLA is the Governor and commissioner for works,
AREGBESOLA is the commissioner for all sector".

YOU MEAN NO ONE IS CAPABLE OUT OF 150 MILLION NIGERIANS?
