The tenure of Ernest Ndukwe as executive vice chairman (EVC) and chief executive officer of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) officially ended yesterday. Stephen Bello, executive commissioner, stakeholder management, in the agency has been made acting EVC until government appoints a substantive chief.
