The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Dikko Abudulahi has expressed disappointment over the attitude of some of his staff to work. Abudulahi who described some officers as "a shame" said out of 10 officers who were posted to the Customs, Immigration and Prison Pension Office (CIPPO) since last year, said only two have reported.
