Fashola flags off black heritage festival

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola (SAN) yesterday flagged off the much publicized Lagos black heritage festival, with beautiful cultural performances from different troupes across the country.  The event which held at the Lagoon Restaurant, Lagos, was attended by Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka, traditional rulers, and top government functionaries, tourists, among others.
