Last week, the National Assembly passed the 2010 Appropriation Bill of N4.608 trillion. The budget was embellished by about N529 billion by the National Assembly. By its passage, the coast is now clear for the government to start full implementation, and for the people to hold the government accountable for its promises as enunciated in the appropriation document.
