Job Title: Organisation Development Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Location: Lagos

Job Description:    
•Maintain database of job profiles and organisation structures
•Advice and coordinate the process of job creation and modification
•Assist with the facilitation and coordination of job profiling and evaluation for the organisation
•Maintain MTNN competency directory
•Prepare reports relating to the OD function in MTNN
•Maintain an up-to-date database of all jobs in the organization
•Ensure first level review of job creation documentation
•Manning head count forecast
•Assist with planning/management of OD projects/ initiatives in line with recommended models
•Assist in the facilitation and coordination of various HR initiatives (Competency management)
•Assist with project management integration across HR

Job Conditions: Standard Field work:< 30% of total work hours
Reporting To: Organisation Development Specialist
Employment Status: Permanent

Required Skills:   
•4 years work experience of which 2 years in formal business analysis, or consulting / advisory role
•2 years experience in Human Resources is desirable
•Experience in Project Administration/Coordination preferably in a telecomm environment

Qualification: A first degree Preferably in the social sciences
