Taiwo & Kehinde, Peter & Paul, Victor & Victoria?

Why cant we use names like Copy & Paste,
Find & Replace, Clearing & Forwarding, Dolce & Gabbana, Goodness & Mercy,

Facebook & Twitter, Input & Output, Open & Close,
Cappa & D'alberto, Tom & Jerry, Door & Window, teacup & saucer, BB & Apple....
