1. Purpose of the Job:
•   Management of the Regulatory reporting function.
•   Ensure that all external reporting requirements are timeously met, including preparation of periodic regulatory returns in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, CBN and other local regulatory reporting instructions.

2. Accountabilities:
Strategy and objective setting
• To understand and refine the requirements for statutory reporting for the Bank.
• To complete and be responsible for delivering against own balanced scorecard in line with the Finance Division's balanced scorecard.

3. Knowledge Required:
• Qualified Accountant or degree in Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• An understanding of the Central Bank of Nigeria's regulations and reporting requirements.
• An understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Nigerian Accounting Standards (SAS)
• Management experience.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of personal computers and software packages such as MS Office suite applications and SAP.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in change management and has the ability to positively lead change.
