Job Title: Hook up Instrumentation Leader

ACTIVITIES:
1. Attend to daily Hook up meeting, provide assistance and co-operation with Area Engineer to implement the day to day activities, and follow up. Highlight any problem and propose corrective actions. Prepare the program for the coming days based on 7 look ahead schedule
2. Coordinate with Contractor and ensures that Company's instructions are understood and implemented. Permanently liaises with HHI supervisors on site and inform them on all ongoing 3 days forecasted activities related to the work.
3. Attend to Work Permit validation meeting, and approve the incoming activities relevant to his discipline. Validate the Work Implementing the safety and quality policy of the Project. Reports any inappropriate conditions, which occur during the tow phase.
4. Ensure that the split between Lump sum work (remaining onshore Punch list / carry over work) and Reimbursable work (Hook up – Commissioning) are clearly understood by Contractor and clearly mentioned in job card, and check if workforce assigned match with the spent hours recorded on site. Issue Instrumentation daily report to Job card controller, with job card ref, visual progress, personnel involved and spent hours.
5. Checks that HHI works related to his discipline are carried out in accordance with the latest revision of drawings and documents. Checks that Job cards and precommissioning sheets are complete prior to start the activity.
6. Assist in the resolution of SQ, RFW or NCR relevant to his scope. Issues NCR for his discipline and expedites the implementation or remedial and preventive actions.
7. Ensure that the assigned ICAPS check-sheets are properly and timely notified and completed, with the relevant punch-list. Ensures the proper clearance of the punch-list. Reports daily any uncompleted work called for inspection.
8. Check the ongoing preparation of as-built documents and dispatch to Doc Control.

Qualification: at least a HND level qualification

Professional Experience (number of years): minimum 5 years FPSO construction experience
