Job Title: Marine Logistics Personnel

Responsibilities:
•   The Marine officer is responsible for maintaining and increasing Client intimacy through strategic relationship with the Client's management. Based on a clear understanding of the organization's needs, vision and strategy.
•   Provides regular feedback to fast crew boat management on the status of changes in organization's business requirements, organization and competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.
•   Responsible for freight/voyage negotiations with intended charterers.
•   Responsible for getting support documentation needed for invoicing in a timely manner.
•   Responsible for analyzing and recommending suitable Charter Party Agreement (CPA) to the management.
•   Liaise with relevant agencies and trade authorities PPPRA, NPA, Navil and Customs.
•   Prepare voyage Profit and loss (P&L) analysis for each transaction.
•   Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Qualification:
•   A good degree from a reputable higher Institution.
•   5-10 years cognate experience in similar position in the Oil and Gas industry.
•   Must be a member of the chartered Institute of shipping of Nigeria.
•   Experience in contract management.
•   Have excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
•   Must possess knowledge of the policies, procedures and regulations of administrative and maritime industry.
•   Must possess supervisory technique.
•   Great leadership skills.
•   Must be proficient in Microsoft office application.
