Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairman Vincent Ogbulafor and his lawyers were yesterday locked in a long meeting on their battle-plan for today's alleged N170m fraud trial.

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission(ICPC) will arraign Ogbulafor alongside a former secretary/member of the National Economic Intelligence Committee (NEIC), Mr. Emeka Ebilah; a former Director, Budget Implementation, Federal Ministry of Finance, Mr. Emmanuel Bosah; Mr. Henry Ikoh and Jude Nwokoro.
